Last Weekend

Last weekend was my 21st Birthday!
holla atcha gurl.
My dear sweet brother surprised me with a trip to
SAN FRANCISCO
Neither of us have ever been, so it was super fun just walking around the city and being tourists!
Here's a load of pictures to prove it:

Day 1...
As soon as we got everything settled where we were staying, out we went to find some grub!
Chris was OBVIOUSLY really excited to be in San Fran.

This is how I feel about Sea Lions. ^
We rented a tandem Bike and rode across the Golden Gate and into Sausalito, where we then caught a ferry (after waiting 2.5 hours) back to Pier 39. It was exhausting...but SO fun!!

Old-fashion Candy Shop...had to get some Salt Water Taffy...YUMM!!
Just incase you ever need pickle fingers or tentacles...or a rubber duck for that matter?
Catching the ferry back to San Francisco.
While in Sausalito, we heard that there was a Giants game that evening...and we figured we might as well go check it out, and try some 'Garlic Fries' that were so highly recommended.
Boy oh boy, those fries were AMAZING. Oh, and the game was good too :)

Day 2:

Started the day off heading into the city, where we grabbed some breakfast then hit up the Modern Art Museum...It turned out to be pretty lame...so on we went!

We hit up China Town...Then Japan Town...

...Then we went and hung out with Uncle Jesse, Danny, Joey, DJ, Stephanie & Michelle...

And then walked down "The Crookedest Street in the World", Lombard Street!
 crazy graffiti

We made our way down to Fisherman's Warf, where there was this cool old arcade. There were some pretty crazy old games in there, it was way neat.

Then we went up to little Italy, where we met up with one of Chris' friends for dinner.
After we ate, Chris and I decided to end the night with a brownie from Ghiradelli's!
(it was raining)

Day 3:
Sunday morning we went out to brunch with another of Chris' friends...then RAN through the POURING rain to get to the Bart Station.
We. Were. SOAKED.
But it's cool, I really like wearing soggy shoes/socks for 6 hours...

We had such a great trip, it was really fun to spend time with Chris. Since I moved to Thatcher, then New Mexico, then he moved to Utah and I moved back home, we haven't had a lot of brother-sister time together. So it was a well needed weekend!
Sure do love you big brudder, thanks for the birthday trip!
